LCF-1530 CNC Laser Cutting Machine is new product of our laser series, with the modern Laser flying-optic Cutting System, high-speeding motion position and the excellent controlling mode. LCF mode is adopted the new technology which is base on over ten years researching experience. These features make a big step on increasing productivity. C-axis, the CNC focus compensation adjustment device integrated on the Z axis, make the focus lens moving compare with the cutting head to get the right focus according to sheets. At the same time, it is compensate the focus drift problem to get the uniform cutting speed and quality. The cutting head, which can bear the 2.5Mpa air pressure, suit to cutting multi-sheets. There is a non-contact sensor installed on the cutting head to ensure the processing result. The sensitive proof-clash device protect the cutting head damage. The pre-spray oil device(optional) make it is easy to cut the thick sheet. The high precision gear rack transmission system ensures the high speeding, high precision and good dynamic characteristics. The twin direct drives with two synchronized servo motors construction balance the stress and last the service life. World famous controls integrated, SIEMENS, FANUC and FAGOR CNCs are available. 32 bits processor and graphic function provide high speed and process display. RS232 and 485 allow communicate with computer. Helpful diagnosis also available. Full assist gases control system automatically shifts between gases to meet different applications. High pressure assist gas receives clean cut in processing stainless steel. Imported pneumatics ensures reliability of the cutting system. The dual-working table reduces the loading and unloading time. It makes easy to move sheets, which adopted the rotating ball support on the working table. The position device and clamps can position the sheet to proof the moving of sheet and ensure the accuracy of processing. It is reduce the clash shake effect to protect the optics unit which adopted the hydraulic buffer as the stroke limitation device. Also improve the stability of machine. Imported or self-developed auto-programming translates CAD drawings to NC language automatically. Auto-nesting improves material saving and productivity.
